NAVIGATING IN POWERPOINT
Once you have a general idea of the
various commands and tool-bars, you can carry out simple operations like saving
and opening files, creating and printing slides etc. To do so, follow the
step-by-step instructions given below.
Creating New Presentation
- Choose the new command under the file menu.
- Click on Blank Presentation under the New option of the New
Presentation menu of the task pane.
- Click on the desired layout from the Apply slide layout option on the
task pane.
The following blank presentation will be
displayed.
