NAVIGATING IN POWERPOINT
Once you have a general idea of the various commands and tool-bars, you can carry out simple operations like saving and opening files, creating and printing slides etc. To do so, follow the step-by-step instructions given below.


Creating New Presentation
  1. Choose the new command under the file menu.
  2. Click on Blank Presentation under the New option of the New Presentation menu of the task pane.
  3. Click on the desired layout from the Apply slide layout option on the task pane.
 The following blank presentation will be displayed.
